How to place an order?

Our customers can place their order through our website, or by call or by email or through Whatsapp and Livechat. It’s simple and easy. For more help go to “Help me shop” on the main page of our website.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Right now we accept only cash/ EFT before product is Made/ fabricated.

How long will delivery take?

We Do not Deliver. However, should you require us to arange a reliable courier for you, please send a request to info@ulpits.co.za

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

All our products are custom made, therefore it takes 3 to 4 weeks to fabricate and manufacture.
we require 50 to 70 % deposit for the manufacturing process to begin.

Note: Once the manufacturing processs is complete  you will be notified via email and phone call to arrange final payment  and collection or arranged delivery.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our online system will generate  a proforma| Quote | Invoice, and will will contact you regarding payment.

How would I know my payment status?

It’s easy you login to Your Account and view the Payment Status on your order. You would also get an Invoice on delivery of the products. You can also login to Your Account and view the invoice on your order.

Can I add, modify or cancel my order after placed?

Call us at our helpline number immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order. If your order is a scheduled order, please call us a day or email us before to guarantee a modification or cancellation. In any case, we’ll do our best to make the necessary changes!
